The best way to age-proof the body? Actitivy and stretch. Flexibitity is key. There is absolutely nothing needed to stretch the muscle but the body itself. You need no equipment, no special gym, mirror, floor, chair, weight, only the natural body. Increase your range of motion, stay supple and supply your body with oxygen. Practice deep breathing as you inhale and exhale, holding for 60 to 30 seconds on the stretch.
So you only plan to watch the Olympics on TV and there is no balance beam in your future? Stretching will keep your movements graceful and keep you looking youthful and feeling refeshed and that in today's insurance market is priceless.
